  The Kobe burger I received was a mess (extremely poor presentation), but most concerning was the fact it was burnt to a crisp. Not only did I have to wait for it long after everyone had been served, but when it finally made its way to our table it was nothing else but a piece of charred meat. This was not at all what I expected when I asked for my burger to be served medium to medium rare. The manager I spoke with (Denise) was rude and unhelpful, and was clearly not well trained in customer service, or could not care less. All that being said another server besides the clueless one we had, came to the rescue. The second server who had overheard the manager (Denise) speak to me, tried her very best to salvage the experience. She was very nice and professional, but the damage was done. Everyone at the table was finished with their dinner and it was too late to get another burger. I munched on my wife's leftovers and departed hungry and dissapointed. Other times at this location we've had reasonably good experiences. Since this last experience we've not returned. There are too many other great options in North Fulton to bother taking another chance with this restaurant.

  No service. We were sat down. Told and shown our waiter while he was helping the people in our section seated before us. He then went to the table next to that, (who was seated after us.) Then he walked to the table next to them and next to us,(who was seated after those other people he just helped). Then he walked away. Really, he looked right at my wife. So we told manager after 15 minutes of seating, we just wanted to pay for our teas and leave. She said don't worry about teas and was sorry. But we could go back to our table and would get service. Really, it's too late now.

  They are starting to skimp on certain things. I ordered a Caesar Salad which costs $20.00 WITH chicken added and it came with very little chicken. Then we ordered Linda's Fudge cake and the slice was tiny. We go there very often but this has been happening a lot lately. We won't be going back any time soon. Very disappointed.
