  It's McDonald's so there's no mystery there, all the times that I have gone there my food is good. Better than the one in the saddle Brook plaza down the road.but the drive thru service could be better

  I always swing by for coffee and this morning the lady went to pass me my coffee and it landed all over my hand. Ouch!!! She immediately got another coffee but my hand is hurting. What made me angry is that she blamed it on the lid and not the fact that maybe she didn't secure the top. Tried calling manager because my hands really hurts, phone just kept ringing. Not a happy customer

  My job recently relocated to this area. I typically stop by McDonald's in the morning to get the same sandwich - sausage, egg, cheese McMuffin. When I arrive at work to eat, I always notice that my egg is undercooked. So, I'll just nuke it to ensure that my egg is well done. This morning I went through my routine, but thhis time I asked for my egg to be well done. Before leaving I checked my food...still undercooked. I went back in the store to tell the manager. Why to my surprise the manager said he could make me another sandwich but it would take 5 minutes to make. I that long...really? He replied, yes! So, I said you its dangerous to serve undercooked food. He replied, "well your sandwich looked done to me." After receiving this response and recognizing his lack of customer service skills, i requested a refund. The moral here is to not support BIG businesses that don't care about the LITTLE customers.
