I asked her to fill up my drink the rest of the way, and she refused twice, before finally just adding coconut milk to the drink to fill it up. Almost every Starbucks I visit holds a higher customer service standard, and this one was very disappointing. Thankfully, there are at least 6 Starbucks locations within a 5 mile radius, so I will definitely not be going back.June 26, 2016
