  The most recent times (in the evening) I went there have not been pleasant. The employees don't know which type of bread is which, they don't know what to put on the sandwiches when ordered, and there is usually only one of them. I put most of the blame on the manager's because I don't think the got the proper training.

  So I went in this morning at roughly 8:00 to order my breakfast and lunch like I always do, but decided to stop in at this location just to try it. I went to order my daily special, and the woman behind the counter, who was clueless that I was there because she was on the phone, finally helped me and informed me that they had no meatball marinara. What the crap! It's your daily special day and y'all didn't have it ready? My other subways NEVER fail me. Ok, well can you substitute it then for a Black Forest ham and turkey, which is Mondays? No I was informed. Well so much for lunch. I will never go back to this location.

  I do not go to this Subway any longer due to the repeatedly awful customer service encounters.
